With a career grounded in people-focused practice, Tracy brings a unique blend of experience to her clients. As a member of the Employment Law Institute of New Zealand (ELINZ) and a holder of a current COA Investigator Licence  through the NZ Institute of Private Investigators, she operates at the intersection of advocacy and investigation — offering clarity and certainty in situations where it’s often lacking.

Whether navigating workplace issues, guiding clients through disputes, or uncovering facts through professional investigative work, Tracy’s approach is steady, respectful, and grounded in real-world understanding.

Her work as an expert witness interviewer further demonstrates her commitment to accessible justice and supporting people when they need it most.
